Criou Sees in Squelch an Opportunity to Help Customer Support and Success Agents Thrive

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – August 14, 2018 Squelch, Inc., provider of a unique customer experience optimization solution for support and success teams, today announced the appointment of Nathalie Criou as Vice President of Product. With nearly two decades of technology product marketing and management experience, Criou will shape the evolution of Squelch’s flagship SaaS solution to ensure customer needs are addressed today and into the future.

In three clicks or less, Squelch queries traditionally-disjointed data sets in the cloud and instantly serves up current, relevant intelligence to front-line agents at the precise moment of customer interaction, maximizing productivity and their ability to enhance and personalize every customer experience.

Over the course of her career, Criou has proven her ability to grow product mindshare and market share while leading advertising, mobile intelligence, and networking solution providers to business success.

Prior to Squelch, Criou was a senior product line manager at VMware, managing the Apteligent and Analytics product lines. She joined VMware as part of its acquisition of Apteligent, a mobile applications intelligence solution provider, where she served as head of product. While at Apteligent, Criou spearheaded a change in strategy, which turned more than 75 percent of the customer base into a growing, profitable segment, improved product engagement, and reduced the abandonment rate by 25 percent. Before Apteligent, Criou was co-founder and CEO of RidePal, provider of a personal transit system for corporate employees, which was acquired by Bauer Transportation in 2015. Prior to RidePal, she held roles in product management at Meebo, AdMob, Google, and Philips Semiconductors.

Criou’s expertise in shaping and executing on a product roadmap is an ideal fit for Squelch’s journey as the company works to establish its unique value in a market projected to reach $17 billion by 2022. Criou said she was drawn to Squelch because of its commitment to help customer support and success agents access the information they need, while filtering out the extraneous data they don’t.
