Our story

Founded in part by two friends who met at a wine tasting, Squelch started as a product for wine consumers but quickly pivoted to the enterprise market, specifically addressing the challenges that companies face in daily customer interactions. We believe support and success professionals are heroes — for their customers, their teams, and their company. Our goal is to be their trusted sidekick, helping agents cut through the noise to deliver ever-better customer experience.
