Our story
Founded in part by two friends who met at a wine tasting, Squelch started as a product for wine consumers but quickly pivoted to the enterprise market, specifically addressing the challenges that companies face in daily customer interactions. We believe support and success professionals are heroes — for their customers, their teams, and their company. Our goal is to be their trusted sidekick, helping agents cut through the noise to deliver ever-better customer experience.

Jayaram Bhat
Co-Founder & CEO
Jayaram brings more than 37 years in high-tech marketing and management for companies such as Cadence, Daisy Systems, Intel, and Mercury Interactive. As CEO of Zenprise, he led the company through a successful acquisition by Citrix. Jayaram also serves as a venture partner at early-stage venture capital firm Shasta Ventures.
Fun facts: He loves mountain biking, burgundy, and ham radio, and will do the dishes in the office from time to time.

Giorgina Gottlieb
Co-Founder & VP Marketing
Prior to joining Squelch, Giorgina served as founder and CEO of Blueprint Lucidity Corporation, a business consultancy designed to help small businesses identify gaps in management and operations to maximize revenue. She also previously worked for Apple and Cushman & Wakefield.
Fun facts: Giorgina collects hobbies as a hobby and can name all the bones she has broken. She’s often found playing pool or talking about it.
Janette Chock
CFO
Janette brings over 25 years of financial management experience at both public and private technology companies. Janette has held CFO and VP Controller positions at ZestLabs, Zenprise (acquired by Citrix), IGN Entertainment (IPO), Fujitsu, Diffusion, and Worldtalk (IPO). Janette is a CPA, former auditor for Deloitte & Touche and graduate of the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Fun facts: Janette loves to be an armchair tourist, tap dance, and do morning torture (uh, workouts) with her family.

Dan Morris
VP Sales
Prior to joining Squelch, Dan served as Director of Sales at Illumio. Other previous roles include Director of Sales at Zenprise (acquired by Citrix) and Sr. Manager – Mobile Products Group at Citrix. Dan attended Cabrillo College.
Fun facts: He enjoys wine, sushi, and making people smile. Dan is not afraid to get his hands dirty or take one for the team and had long hair in college (pics or it didn’t happen).

Keith Katz
VP Product & Technical Services
Keith came to Squelch from Kony Solutions, where he was VP of Product Management. He also previously served in a number of roles at Zenprise (acquired by Citrix), including Sr. Systems Engineering Manager and Mobility Architect.
Fun facts: Keith runs an animal sanctuary on the side (not really, the animals just adopt him). Also, he may or may not have a Superman costume.
