Information provided by you
Navigating to and browsing our Website does not require any registration. If you contact us by email or through the Web Site, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you. We treat this information as we would treat any other unsolicited business correspondence, and have no obligation to keep this information confidential, nor to take any security measures to protect this information.
Use of the Service will require a registration consisting of your corporate email address and a password that you specify. Additional personal information may be requested during the registration process.
Information automatically collected by us
We may collect information in connection with your use of the Website or Service, or through the use of analytics services as described in the “Tracking Technologies” section, below. This information includes, but is not limited to the following:
- the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device from which you access the Website or Service;

However, we will not disable tracking technology that may be active on the Website or Service in response to any “do not track” requests that are sent to the Service.

We abide by the Privacy Shield Principles of the EU-U.S. Framework regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information collected by organizations in the European Union and Switzerland, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Privacy Shield”). In particular, we comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions. We remain responsible in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that we engage to process such personal data on our behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Please contact us should you have any questions or complaints regarding our compliance with the Privacy Shield. If your Privacy Shield complaint is not resolved through contacting us, you have the right to invoke binding arbitration, at our sole cost and expense, with JAMS Privacy Shield Program. Under certain conditions, described on the Privacy Shield website, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
Other MattersSecurity. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to us or submit through the Service against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or submit through the Service and you do so at your own risk.
Accessing, Changing and Managing Your Information. You may change and update the information you provide through the Website or Service, or change your preferences concerning how we use your information, as follows:
Changing or Updating Account-Holder Information. You can access or change your Service Account information or delete your Service account through your Service account settings page or by contacting us at email@example.com. If you choose to delete or deactivate your account, you may not reactivate your account, although you may create a new one. We may limit or reject your request in certain cases, including without limitation where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to your privacy in the case in question, where the rights of other persons would be violated, or as required by law.
Customer Data. We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data may be contained within the Customer Data processed by our Service. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate personal data provided by one of our customers should direct their query to that customer. If the customer requests that we remove or modify the data, we will respond to their request as soon as is practicable. No Use by Children. The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We will never knowingly collect information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the Service and please do not provide us with information of any kind whatsoever. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 13 and has submitted information to the Service without verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her information from our files and deactivate his or her account. United States Operation. The Service is operated from the United States. If you are located
outside of the United States and choose to use the Website or Service or provide your
information to us, you agree that your information will be transferred, processed and stored in
the United States. The privacy laws of the United States may not be as protective as those in your
information in connection with the Service represents your agreement to this practice.
Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents: Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information about the types of personal information the business has shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
