The Squelch-Zendesk integration is a native integration with Zendesk Support, helping customer support agents resolve their most difficult tickets without having to leave their existing support workspace. In addition to the native Zendesk Support integration, we also offer an API-level connector between the Squelch software and Zendesk Guide, which allows it to index all the information included in Guide.
